Talk to Psychologist on For My 14 Month Old Son

Assalamualaikum doctors, I have attached the reports of my 14 month old son who is suffering from diarrhea. 3 days before, he fell from a step with his walker. After two days, he vomited twice within two hours. Then he became normal, presently, he is on constant motion when fed milk or any other food that's why I am concerned. Currently, I am giving him Ent...zol and Ons...on. Please guide me about the reports and his condition. We are currently in Mirpurkhas, where medical facilities are limited compared to Karachi.
