Is this normal thing? A boy aged 20 feel comfortable with a female doc instead of male doc..now recently he have the issue related to testicle..he have to go for Ultrasound and he is not going as he said he will go to female only Reason is he said from childhood he was treated with female doc only so now he don't feel comfortable with male What should we do? well it depends upon mutual understand of doctor and patient but professional ethics should be followed. patient may demand unexpectedly but patient is patient so it is the duty of the doctor to guide the patient with the best possible option rather than to fulfill every demand.
