This is a psychological issue. The best treatment I would suggest is to talking to your husband about your problems. Find out together what stops you from having pleasure. Try maximum foreplay before penetration, this boosts up your body and enables you to convert the pain into pleasure. Medicines can't cure you fully and talking about something like sex will be embarrassing for you even with some doctor. So I will suggest the best person you can talk with is your husband.
