I had acidity issue due to which i could not sleep for many nights. Now I have developed a fear that i shall not be able to sleep at all. when the night comes i become terrified, that perhaps i might not sleep. previously I used to sleep before 10pm and wake up at 4am, but since my acidity i have developed this fear which has also ruined my quality of life. My mother is parkinson patient for last 20 years, sometimes I also get the fear that I might have developed parkinson whenever i get slight trembling of my hand due to confusion or fear mostly, although my friends and colleagues say hat it is normal.

To begin with, remember ur problem has developed sine long n now dt it has reached a limit .
It is good u found out dt u have a problem with sleep but in real u r undergoing stress since long therefore u have developed acidity problem n now as it is increasing.
Better try to practice n improbe sleep hygiene. Also look for factors dt r causing trouble with comfortable sleep. U need to watch out for reasons
Preferrably see a psychologist near u ,who would c u for a minimum of 2 sessions help n guide u accordingly after ur detailed history taking so life long u r safe from this trouble.
