Asking For Self, Male 26, Lahore
From 6 months my mind is not resting. All tome I have fear that I am sick and I would fall and mn behosh ho jao ga. I feel tightness of chest, shortness of breath, confusion and lack of confidence all the time. I don't want to do anything. The Doctor who diagnosed IBS asked me to not go for doctors instead change your life style. I have changed it I go for exercise on daily basis. I changed my eating habits. I am trying to lose weight as per his recommendation. The doctors always recommended me Levosulpiride and Librax for a month and then leave it. When I am taking them I am alright but whenever I leave them after 2_3 days I start having severe anxiety. I had health anxiety in past I am always anxious about my health and don't want to fall sick all the time. I always google my symptoms and relate my symptoms with different things. Now I don't know what to do because physically I am not having any symptoms but mentally I am not calm. I even fear to ride the bike. No test was conducted

How would you do it on ur own even a psychologist needs a psychologist . I think u should take a few sessions and when u learn how to manage yourself thn u can do it on ur own .

Thanks for your kind respons. The Doctor himself asked to discontinue after 30 days. However, I discontinued gradually. Now I am not taking any medicine. When I wake up I have anxiety which continues to decrease as the time passes. I don't want to addict my mind of medicine. kindly suggest some exercises by name. So I could learn them then apply on me. Thanks

You can do yoga, breathing exercises, Early morning Jogging. Make a proper diet plan. Stop Junk food. Indulge yourself in some healthy hobbies. Have a proper sleep pattern.

well,first of all its very important to know abt ur medical history. as it will provide proper understanding nature, cause and possible solution for ur problem
secondly, go for bio feedbacks thats mean keep a check vital health parameters (bp ,weight etc) as it will help u keep calm and realistic abt ur health condition.
further look after ur sleep try to eat dinner 2 hour before going to sleep and keep mobile and other electronic devices away from u .
try to increase liquid intake, avoid junk food, start work with hand (painting ,writing etc).
note# these all r general suggestion for all mental exhaustion and anxiety based issue.
