I wanna know that if someone wants to change their gender from female to male so it is necessary that some male molecules or chromosome should present in the body before whole treatment? Or these chromosome are produced in a body with h help of medicines?
First it is important to know why some one wants to change gender and what is the meaning of Gender and Sexes. Gender are the specific social roles assigned to biological self and Sexes are biological differences of male and female on the basis of their body differences.
Simply i can say male are bread winner, protection shield for family these are characteristics of gender. Biology doesn't come in gender. Biology comes in Sexes. For example male has corese voice, beard on face and female has soft voice and feminine characteristics like wide breast and hips....

Changing gender means changing roles. If you want to change gender, it means you hate the social roles assigned to you. You want to adopt males social roles. Its easy and every woman is doing it for example women now have jobs to support their family and becoming shield for family

Changing sexes means you want to change your biological self. If you are male you want to change your body into female. If you are female you want to change body into male..
Sex reassignment surgery is there for this purpose. This surgery is for those who have their tendency to another sex. Tendency means they have both biological private parts in their body, one is dominant fully developed, while other small recessive or small ,not fully functioning.

. Being tombay means she wears masculine clothing and she shows boys like behaviour. She is a normal girl. She is not transgender. She needs therapy not surgery.
