Its been 6 years since i have left my home city to study. I have studied 3 years in boarding school and now i am studying bachelors. Pochlay 2 salon se mene notice karna shuru kia he k men logon se bat nahi kar pata not even with my family. I mostly stay at my home . University jana bhi chor dia he pichlay 2 salon se koi naya dost nahi banaya. Ab meri condition aisi he ke men kisi se bhi bat nei kar pata mera jism kampne lag jata he jism surkh hojata he jese panic attack arha ho. Please someone suggest something to me
