I know it can sound weird i google this as well but didn't find the answer so asking here. I have habit of massaging the nipples daily for around 20-30 minutes while watching some videos. So are there any side effects of this? Can it can cause any type of disease? Kindly answer it. Marham is doing a great job. Keep it up. Thanks.
Dear, as per your age it could be normal. but for this issue you should try to avoid such videos that cause to do this activity. try to focus on things that's make yourself busy and to avoid such videos.

Hello. . Don't worry it is not that weird. I really appreciate that u consider to consult. . There is no side effects of this act but it may only rash them... So one should stop it gradually nd channelize this act through any other act which is less painful otherwise

Well in my opinion primary problem is watching that videos which you mentioned in your mail. because you are doing this act (massaging nipples) to satisfy yourself. You are watching videos and this brings you an urge to satisfy yourself. you seek pleasure
from massage. and yes this can lead to many other behavioral issues. nipple massage... may be it affect them medically rashes, allergy etc. so seek psychological help to manage your problem. main problem is watching videos and what are the reason of watching
them..coz if you dont watch them you will not do this act... M I right??. you need to discuss it in detail
