AoA Doctors! Its my very First time to ask a query like this please ignore if i do somethin wrong. Im having a serious mental Disorder, lack of sleep, anxiety , stressfull thoughts, its feels me like my mind is not workin properly can’t concentrate on anything.Always Feelin Demotivated hopeless. Always Preffer to be alone no social nothing else. I dont wanna share this even with my friends. Please help me what should i do
