I\'m a type 2 diabetic since last year from few months I\'m feeling that I\'m so sensitive about my fianc&eacute;, if she reply me late I feel so much anger if she make a call to her friend my heart beating fast and everyday I counting her messages that and asking her everyday that where you been why you reply me so late, everyday every min every second I missing her so much 
Kindly help me what to do

C here u r feeling insecure in ur relax n spec since u have been diagnosed
with diabetes, u feel d fear of being rejected by ur fiancee n also fear if
u lose her, u r a loser n u won't survive . In short, all is catastrophic
in nature.
Reality is u r losing ur self confidence. C a psychologist for sessions who
is going to work on ur self confidence n self esteem with ur cooperation n
ins u will get better

in fact u r so much sensitive and possessive about your fiance which is not
good plz dont b too sensitive she is also a human plz give her space other
wise u will suffer in your relationship , relax and let the things go in a
natural way and if she is little late may b she is busy so wait for her
best
