I'm from Faisalabad, and I'm pursuing my graduation right now. I have a five-year addiction to pornographic videos. I masturbate a lot while viewing porn, and this is really hurting my back. When I am sleeping I unintentionally rub my penis with the bed until my orgasm. I'm starting to feel scared and depressed over this problem. I watch porn videos and masturbate when I'm depressed. I did everything I could to stop, but I keep failing. How can I rewire my brain?
