He daily cuts his arms by blade or anything else. I don't know why he doing that... He never want to talk about this.. Once he cut his vein. Any suggestions?????????
Self harm is the sign of severe paychological problems (most of the times it is related to low self esteem, depressed mood, irrational. thoughts or some other problems) . I recommend that you take him to a Clinical Psychologist ASAP! The psychologist will also make sure to refer him to a psychiatrist if he needs one.
Mostly in cases of suicidal attempt, paychologist and psychiatrist both work with the patient. However proper treatment plan can be formulated only after the patient is seen by a psychologist.

First of all, plz take him for psychological help. He is in dire need. He
seems to b a case of major depression where he is making suicidal attempts.
It is a serious issue, n immediate measures b taken. Get psychiatric help.
Better it would b, if u take him to a mental health professional on
priority basis.
