Talk to Psychologist on Sex Addiction 😔

Since 5 years I've been suffering or depressed just because of sex addiction. When i was in college i watch porn since then it made me addict after 2 years i fall in love with a girl and then we interact and she got to know about my issue and she helped me to dig out the solution but nothing happened because i was too addict. I was able to left her but not my addiction. After all i did sex and it was pleasurable but still i couldn't left addiction of watching porn and masturbate. Whenever i find myself alone i do . I'm too much depressed and weak now I'm just fed up of my life. I want solution else i could commit suicide.
