im 30 , ajj kal mujhy bohat he zada dar lagnay lag gaya ha agar mujhy koi sperch deni ho yaan phr koi test etc , physically pata nahi chalta but main andar say shiver karnay lag jata hn my thoughts are not clear . . n mujhy kahi bhi janay say prob honay lag gaya ha blah bkah .... thr are like lot of things i need to discuss . but kabhi nahi gaya main kissy psychiatrist k pass . kya yahan bhi esay he oatient ko deal kartay hain jesay films etc main dekhtay hain like a long session where u csn tell them everything . plz do reply if any buddy lnw any good doctor in karschi
