hi im 30y old male , im looking for some psychiatrist in karachi , i need to discuss my condition regarding depression , homosexuality , less confidence , not presentable anymore , always thinking about shit rather thn some prodcutive things , need to do something with my life but cant do what i need to do . i need to meet some good psychiatrist in karachi so i can face to face discuss , although its not easy for me to discuss face to face but i prefer . so kindly if your from khi ,plz let me knw
