thank you my dear sister you tell me all important treatment about my problem I am trying of my best to defeat these problem but unfortunately some time negative thoughts related to sex come in my mind there negative thoughts come 1or 2 time in one month to defeat these problem I have decided to marriage in my relatives one girl which I love very much and these girl love to me but I'm 19 years young man and university student and have a lot of dream in this way I didn't marry so dear sister you help me in that problem
