Hello doctors.
I am 19 years old student. I'm having negative thoughts and some other issues.
Pichle 2-3 hafta se ghusa kafi ata he koi ulti bat karde tou kafi din tak usper ghusa ata rheta he or negative thoughts ate he like sucide, accidents,death of parents, etc. and also some religous negative thoughts.
My sleep is okay, i do excercise, I sleep on time.
can u plx come at clinic once
