I actually never stay out of my house without familybut now i have to shift to a foreign country alone. Also i cant talk to a person i have some social anxiety and i m not so socialized person... i constantly think n worry .

i can not travel alnoe and also i always stay away from social gatherings and it keeps me worried and constantly thinkinG that i am goinG alone .... also i m trapped in comfort zone ...
