I want to ask that why night sleep is necessary if a person can sleep 8 hours in afternoon or in morning or evening. Will it effect on mental Health? if a person doesn,t sleep in night due to some reason and sleep in afternoon or in morning or evening. i,m living with combine family, in day in my house there is lot of disturbance but in night i can think about future and focus on targets and working on skills.
