I feel sleepy all day even after waking up , and when i am sleepy i feel irritated alot, secondly when i am about to sleep i feel like dreaming and i am half awake as well means i know what’s happening around as well and seeing a dream too , if not dreaming i sometime suddenly become breathless while dozing off , this problem has been occurring alot recently i dont know whom to share it with ... no one understands the sleep issues everyone thinks that i just sleep alot
