I am unmarried 28 male. I am planning to get marry, but I have porn addiction which caused erectile dysfuction problem in me. Any good therapist from lahore ? dear concerned. it will be helpful if you consult a psychologist first and discuss your issue in detail so that the psychologist can help you identify the nature of your problem and guide you accordingly. if the problem is physical then you may need to see a urologist/sexologist or if you are facing cognitive distortions or emotional drainage then the psychologist will proceed with your case. so it will be beneficial if you consult a psychologist first.

You are right, this thing coming again and again in my mind, that either I am eligible for marriage or not.
Actually, major thing comes in my mind is that I never have any physical contact in my whole life, and thinking, how my mind will react in reality . This is big thinking comes in my mind...because my mind addicted to artificials things , and I am sure, I can face issues after marriage.
Urologist can guide me better in this regard, to come out from this complex.
