I am 29. I am struggling with PIED issue. Due to watching bad content, my mind has been conditioned with porn. It only excites with external aid, with porn only. I have lost my natural excitement. Due to this issue, i am feeling fear from marriage. I am not doing marriage just because of this issue. I achieved 90 days challange without bad content, but didnt observe much improvement. Constant fear of marriage in my mind. I have been into watching restricted content since 2019 and struggling to leave permanently. I leave for few months, but fail again after few months, unable to leave permanently. My major concern is: my mind doesnt act naturally, it has been dependent on bad content. Fear of marriage. I want to rewire my mind. So it should start working independely or without conditioning. Above all, my biggest fear is: if i will be able to become father or not because ,i feel, i have damaged my health alot.
