Assalam o Alaikum! I'm a 21 year old female. Married three months ago and I'm pregnant. I have sever depression, panic attacks and anxiety disorder. I spend hours in crying and weeping but can't feel any better and I want to have a chat with psychologist but I can't make a video call. I can't tell much about what happened to me I just know that I don't want to live anymore. Please tell me what I can do to get out of this situation. Please!
