Talk to Psychologist on Religious Thoughts Causing Swear Depression

Dear doctors. I m 31 year old man living in saudi Arabia.i have swear religious thoughts causing swear depression in my example of such thoughts are as under. 1-Preaching of islam because God will not forgive me I will not do this instead of all other Islamic rules i m following 2-thoughts about jihad 3- Fight against people who committed blasphemy 4-thoughts about right or not Although I m getting treatment from last two years but not result.i m thinking that medication is not my treatment i wants to find someone who argue with me and prove me that I m thinking wrong Because these thoughts have disturbed my life more than enough .plz some body help me plz for God sake
