I am facing anxiety and panic attacks since feb 2020, once i was sleeping i woke up with high blood pressure and hight pulpaptions, 160/120 and 160 pulse, i went to doc, he said, you have serious depression and this was done due to panic attacks, he suggested me to take exforge 5/160, tenormin 50 mg, and ufrim 10mg, after 3 mnths he said, you may take half exforge, 25mg teromin but you will continuously taking ufrim 10, in morning and in night, after six month of medication, I didn’t face any attack but i feel pain in chest, sometime when i took relexin 3mg, pain goes away, but came after sometime, i got checked ecg, but it was fine, i need advice pls, should i change my medicine etc or should i go to any other doc, pls advice

apko pata hai, marham par Psychologist hai. woh apki medication kaam bi karwa dey ge, aur yeah panic attack aur depression bi khatam karwa dey ge. itni choti age mei itni zaida medicines....aur relaxin medicine ki adat ho jati hai bachay. kindly contact any psychologist on forum and start your treatment. it will take a month or two.
