Talk to Psychologist on Severe Depression

I’m having the worst depression where I’m in bed most day and crying. I feel I’m not good enough , nobody wants to be married to me because I’m skinny , petite and people keep me as option. My self esteem has gone down and there has been anxiety in me for past 4 years. So much anxiety that I run away from jobs thinking I can’t do this , I’ll make mistakes etc.I feel like dying from inside
