Asking for Self, Male, 34 years old, Islamabad
I don't know how to state this...but I have sexual thoughts about almost every woman I meet, am friends with or even for some I just see somewhere, anywhere. This problem is getting to my head. I have also had some sort of physical relationship with women older than me. There has been a problem of porn addiction as well but I have managed to control it somehow. But these thoughts just dont go away. Need help.

Should I opt for a male psychologist or female? I have come to the point where I have decided to take help but im not sure I can talk face to face. There are other personality issues as well like being an introvert.

Dear patient, I can understand your concerns and I want to ask you about your priorities. if your sexual problem is more important to you and if you want to solve it then you should take a step for yourself. your concerns are genuine but it will not let you achieve your desired goals of a sexually healthy person.

gender of a psychologist is completely your choice. text or email consultation will not going to help in your case because we can not observe your facial expressions and body language therefore it could mislead us and you could be misdiagnosed as well.

dear i have same kind of problem but with different approach. .its only during sex , i feel guilty later on. . but really need to fix , i cant talk n express verbally as its too odd n feel bad. .i wish to write in email to explain issues as well to keep identity secret. where as i see marham only allows audio video contact.
