My hands shiver alot. I am actually an introvert I have this thing to avoid gatherings and all. But it didn't happen before. But from last 2 years I am facing this problem. I don't know if it's because of calcium or vitamins deficiency. I am not skinny either. But when I apply force or specially when holding something (like a tray of glasses) my hands shiver and it's quite noticeable as well. My whole body shivers sometimes.

Before taking your history it's better you should check your iron, calcium level in your body. It may be due to deficiency of that major body initials.

I'm not doctor. But shivering of the body may be due to deficiency of body essentials. Like calcium, iron , potassium. Deficiency of vitamins. Get a regular check up of your body first. If reports show everything at a balanced level then we will further proceed to take history.
