I couldn't sleep for like last 5-6 months.. Overall it's been a year.. But sometimes I manage.. But sometimes I cry myslef in bed struggling for hours to sleep.. My brain won't stop mummering.. Brain is reminding me stories like from past. What I have to say in future... ' like Kal Iss bndy ko کیا کہنا hai.. And sometimes my eyes are dead with sleep.. I need it.. And I couldn't.. I took a sleeping pill that is lexotanil Ig yes.. Kbhi it Stat working.. Once I had to take 2.. To make me feel and dizzy.. But I'm not addict obviously. I just tried it once. But yes. This is so uncomfortable. And make me so anxious in the morning.. Just couldn't handle the stress anymore.

you have talked about the symptoms but have not shared about the prkblems which are causing stress.what sort of past regret,resentments etc and what type of future worries are haunting you?everything needs to b explored.anyhow a way to deal with it is written ventilation.just fix a time at daily basis and do automatic writing without deciding about the topic and thon tear it off without having a look at it.another way is problem solving i,e; solve your problems during day time rather than carrying them with you at bed time.also do life style changes to work on sleep wake cycle and physical exercise.
