Hey. I am married. I have a daughter but i dont know whats wrong these days. Something is killing me inside. My husband betrayed me when we had a daughter . I just can't forgive him. I love him but i dont want to live with him but still I cant live without him. It killing me inside. I cry alot over silly thing. I want to cry everytime.

What we need to realise is that anxiety as horrible as it feels, doesn't last forever.
With regard to your confusion regarding your husband- you need to decide what you want to do. A psychologist must not decide for you. That is not what we have been trained to do. Whatever you decide, we can support you to cope with your feelings. You must get this sorted because you have a young child to look after. If you are emotionally unavailable you will be unable to care for your daughter in a way that she needs.
