Aoa. Muje lgta hai me over sensitive hon. Hr wkt sochti hon choti choti bat pe k dusra mere bary me kya sochay ga. Agr kisi ki trf se choti c bat pe hurt ho jaon to 1,2 din aesa lgta hai jese muje panic attack arha hai. Wkt k sath sath tension itni brh jati hai kisi ki bat pe hurt honay se k sr me drd aur stomach cramps start ho jaty hai. Aur ansu atay hai thori thori dair bad aur tkreebn 1,2 din me normal ho jati hon. I am confused k kya isy panic attack kehty hai? Kisi k samny thk se bat ni kr pati. Gusay me b ansu nikl atay hai bat krty huay. Kisi k samnay point rkhna ho to b bat krny se phly ansu ajaty hai bat ni ho pati. Me khud ko kese theek kron me boht try krti hon bt aisi kisi situation me normal behave ni kr pati

Wsalam no dear it is not panic attack. You are thinking a lot and are not responding in a timely manner but if you continue like this it may become anxiety .... you have to overcome it but since it is not possible that you do it on your own you need help from us .... you need to work on your emotions so that you can respond timely manner and not get carried away. For this you need help from psychologist so if you feel comfortable you can take online session and practice deep breathing
