Talk to Psychologist on Sudden Hyper Anger
Asking for Father, Male, 61 years old, lahore
Salam.
I have a question for my father, sometimes he is talking normally but in discussion he gets angry like normal people but he gets more then angry and try to slap his own face in ager and also push his head towards wall and hurt him self.
Actually 2 years ago he had a minor brain hemorrhage which is totally cured now but this has happened 2 times in last few months.
Can any professional tell me what can be the reason ? Why is this happens with him. And after sometime he feels that he did more with him. he tries to calm him self.

well i don't know the reason why this is happening with your father but now as he is facing this problem as your father to prepare yourself how he will handle the situation in future. better to learn some Anger management techniques from a clinical psychologist.
he tried to calm himself after the situation. Now he needs to learn to handle things before it happens.

Wa Alaikum salam, as you have mentioned he had a surgery that could be the reason. Okey leme clear in simple words. Let’s suppose we you are living a normal life, with normal sight, health, sleep, memory and suddenly you lost everything, what you gona do? You will be aggressive, these could be after effects, you all need to be patient with him. Try to give more time, talk to him. Start new hobbies like meditation, walk or anything he loves to do. Don’t abandon him for long.
