Hi, I’m going through intense depression, anxiety, and existential dread to the point that I think about death almost every waking minute. I’m severely tired emotionally, mentally, and physically burned out. I feel like I’m rotting away, and I’m going through emotional numbness and suppression. At times, I have outbursts of anger, rage, frustration, annoyance, and deep sadness. It’s been years of living in a “zombie” mood that causes real problems.
