hello. I was diagnosed with depression 2 years prescribed me Citanew(escitalopram)10mg which was than gradually increased to 20 was meant to be for 6 months but I got addicted to it and couldn't leave minimize the withdrawal effect while stopping Citanew abruptly without doctors recommendation,I started to abuse Xanax.I abused it for about 2 to 3 months and then I shifted to currently abusing it and can't get rid of constantly having extreme vivid dreams,insomnia,anxiety,heavy palpitations, hypertension,cold sweats,headache and my concentration and memory ability is ruined severely bad.I have a long journey to studies,my career,my social life but I don't think so I might be able to bring my self have turned me into a walking broke up.I want my self back.I don't know what to do.I beg you to help me.????????
