Diagnosis/Treatment: Adult asthmatic, Day 2 of a 3-day Clenil Compositum nebulizer course (12-hour intervals). Last dose was 4+ hours ago. Current Symptoms: Productive cough with thick green/yellow mucus. Severe early morning dips in breathing. Current Vitals at Rest: Oxygen saturation: 92%–93%. Heart Rate: 103–104 bpm.
