Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Diaphragmatic Evantration

Asalamu alaykum, I hope you are doing well.
I am Dr. Tayyab, currently working as a medical officer in a Rural Health Centre in Vehari.
I was diagnosed with diaphragmatic eventration during my school years, and I am now 34 years old. Although I have been managing well, for the past 2 or 3 months, I have been experiencing exhaustion and shortness of breath, possibly due to the diaphragm compressing on my lungs and heart.
I would like to know if diaphragmatic plication surgery is recommended in my case. Would you be able to perform the surgery, or would I need to visit you at a private or government setup?
Most importantly, I am seeking your advice on the prognosis after the surgery.
I would be very grateful for your help, cooperation, and guidance. Thank you for your time.

You have talked about symptoms and shown investigations.
Your examination is missing.
There are many causes of shortness of breath.
I would suggest you should better get yourself an examination by a pulmonologist before reaching any conclusion.
