Even after a small physical task, i start to breath heavily. I just made my bed and i am out of breath now. So is the case with 10-12 up/down the stairs. I am physically active and i do all my home task on my own, like booming, laundry, dish washing everything. But despite that y do i breath heavily for a small exertion. It may be cz of anxiety or stress. Kindly guide for appropriate things to do. Cant afford much doc visits and LOTS of tests.
