Salam! Sometimes even when I am sitting, my breathe becomes heavy like I have to open mouth to breathe and heart also feels weaker. Heartbeat doesn’t go fast but intense that causes vomit feeling. This can happen while eating as well and also when I submerge my head under water, my breathe becomes very heavy. Kindly tell what to do. Cholesterol and weight are fine. Thanks!

do the ECG, chest X ray,LFTs.stop smoking if you smoke.do not use oily and spicy food.
