pirfendon is not effective in arthritis related ILD... if there is progression in Arthritis related ILD, then there's the role of nintedanib on the basis of progression criteria.

perfinidione is Only Beneficial UpTo some extent but in some patients.Its not cure not always beneficial but without that in ILD we don't have much options other than steroids .
