Phr or dr k pas gy ultrasound or ECO hui dr ny kaha k heart k pas pani ikhata hua va hai or heart ki walls pr T.B hamla kr rhi hai initial stage hai.. Kia ye tashkhis sahi hai? Mn glt medicine nhi use krna chati already allergy wali use kr k pchta rhi hon.. Or ek swal T.B hai to kia iski medicine use krty hwy baby ko feed krwa skti hon 3 months ka baby hai..

you need immediate analysis of pleural fluid to find the cause. if it is T .B you have to take T.B medicine.Also do Liver functions tests, ultrasound abdomen and tests for hepatitis B and C before starting T.B medicines because if there is problem in liver,T.B medicines will be changed according to it.you should do chest X ray to find if you have lung .T.B.

There can be other reasons for fluid in the lungs.To be certain of diagnosis, pleural fluid,must be tapped and sent for chemical and bacterial analysis.

Dekhein sab se pehle apk lungs aur heart k around paani jama ha. Zaruri nhi k ye TB ki waja say ho. Dosre aur wajoohat hoti ha iski.
- Agar TB ki dawa shru hogai ha to usko choriye mat jab tk mukammal taur TB rule out nhi hojata. TB ki dawai k sath ap bilkul bachay ko feed krwaskti ha.
- Lungs may paani ka test zaruri ha. Kindly kisi achay hosp may admit hogaen 1 din k liye takay ye saray tests hosakay.
