Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Persistent Dry Cough Since 3 Months And Bronchospasm
Asking for Self, Male, 23 years old, Karachi
Muje Persistent dry cough horhi h since 4 months. All test IgE, sputum AFB, CXR even HRCT chest normal. No any history of TB, asthma, allergy, pets and post nasal drip PND, GERD etc. take all treatment include nebulizer, steam inhalation, syrups, steroids course, myteka, anti allergy, PPI, even used dry powder inhaler DPI, Foster MDI and even Gefaget tablet too but ksi se bhi koi farq nh para cough wesi hi horhi h like before treatment. Please tell me the best possible solution and further investigations. Nowadays feeling some Bronchospasm too.

Consult a pulmonologist for detailed assessment as chronic cough can be due to various reasons. You have mentioned all the usual investigations which are normal, and trials of treatment haven't worked.
