Talk to Pulmonologist / Lung on Persistent Dry Cough Since 6 Month With Bronchospasm OAD S

Muje Persistent dry cough horhi h along Bronchospasm since 6 months. All test IgE, sputum AFB, CXR even HRCT chest normal. No any history of TB, allergy, pets and post nasal drip PND, GERD etc. take all treatment include nebulizer, steam inhalation, syrups, steroids course, myteka, anti allergy, PPI, even used Combivairdry powder inhaler DPI, Foster MDI and even Gefaget tablet too but ksi se bhi koi farq nh para cough wesi hi horhi h like before treatment. Please tell me the best possible solution and further investigations. Pulmonologist diagnosed as a case of asthma and I use foster and salbutamol inhaler on daily basis along with nasal spray from 1 month but dry cough is still persistent along Bronchospasm.
