I hv sever geel pain since few suggested x-ray which showed calcaneal painkiller relief is for few suggest some proper solution.x-ray pic attached..

Icing the area during pain will help. Also there are some exercises for the treatment of calcaneal spur which are very effective.
u should consult orthopedic doctor who is going to tell u some precautions n medicine
