Asking for Other, Male, 30 years old, Hassan Abdal

Request to radiologists to examine the attached chest e x-ray image, if it is clear or has any kind of abnormality. If there is ANY kind of abnormality please highlight it. My friend has to go abroad for job search.

Both lungs normal
Cardiac size with in normal limits .
Both CP angles , hila and mediastinum are normal.

Respectable Dr. Thank you for your response. One question i want to ask, can you please explain the (dot type) spot located at lower right lung, under 8th or 9th rib. Either it's any kind of abnormality/considerable thing or should not worry about it?🙂

Both lungs normal, airway central, normal cardiac silhouette, clear CP angles, central mediastinum and hila.

Thank u so much for ur response. One more question i want to ask is that there is a tiny (dot type) spot located at lower right lung under the 8th or 9th rib, what is this? Either it's any kind of abnormality or any thing else? Should i worry about it?
