I have this polyp as shown in ultrasound report. My radiologist said it can be resolved in two minutes by lady doctor during checkup on the spot but the lady doctor said I need d&c for it's removal and that's why I am confused. Kindly see my ultrasound and advice me accordingly. It's Endocervical polyp

Yes its a gynecological procedure. D & C is required to remove it. There is no other way to remove it. You can visit your Consultant Gynecologist and discuss details regarding the procedure and get it removed.

removing endocervical polyp is a simple procedure .
hardly you may feel cramps and bleed soon after procedure ..quickly resolves with a week or 2.
but better send specimen ( polyp ) for biopsy .
