Talk to Radiologist on Have Lung Scarring?(Radiologist)

Kindly analyze attached my chest x-ray and inform about is there any sacaring on lungs. actually I have to do GCC Employment medical test where lung scarring is lead to rejection of medical test. Is there spots/dots on chest?
I never have/had TB, I never smoking . I have mild asthma.

It shows few reticulonodular shadows in bo lung fields suggestive of infection. Clinincolab correlation is suggested

It is normal but I'm looking someone to provide opinion who is involved in GCC medical test as there are certain rules to follow to qualify or disqualify a chest x-ray.
