The report is self explanatory.  Next and gold standard step is get a tissue biopsy done for confirmation . Less likely lymphoma

Ideally, patient should undergo biopsy to see its nature, and then proceed with the doctor.

It’s a big mass lesion, it’s biopsy should be done which could be done very easily then it should be excised or otherwise straight away complete removal of mass could also be done, after the consultation with General Surgeons and Anesthesea specialist, very less likely for Lymphoma, May Allah swt give him complete Shifa, Ameen

Salam
It is a tumor in abdomen
Biopsy will tell whether it is a cancer or a benign lesion
So urgently go for biopsy

The report is suggesting a tumor inside. In the report differential diagnosis has been given. To proceed further we have to undergo biopsy. Biopsy is considered “Gold Standard†for diagnosis. I would recommend you to book an appointment for a Surgeon and discuss about biopsy to proceed further. Thank you
