Facing ED problem from very first day after marriage. Using herbal medicine for short term solution. Without medication almost zero erection. No morning wood 95% of the time. Moreover long gap of sex doesn't get me night falls. I feel my excessive semen releases during peeing or stool pass.
Last consultation with sexologist 1yr ago. Diagnosed with psychogenic ED. But treatment involved partners involvement which is not possible while having kids. I need meditation and self oriented techniques.
