I 26m have erectile dysfunction since the last 7 years, and an untreated UTI since last 3 years, i haven't ejaculated through masturbation since the last 3 years and i get nightfall once in about 3 or 4 months and i release a tiny amount of sperm with it comparing to when i was normal 7 years before, is there any chance that with a good medical treatment i'll get normal one day or should i gave up my hope on getting my ED and UTI get treated some day?
