Patient: 28 years old male Weight: 69 kg | Height: 5 ft 5 in Complaint: Difficulty in getting and maintaining full erection for the last 2 months. Sometimes becomes firm after direct stimulation/touching, but not otherwise. No history of diabetes, hypertension, depression, or psychological problems. No sleep issues. No alcohol or smoking. Recently started walking 5 km daily for the last 5 days. Occasional use of sildenafil (Viagra) – about 10-15 times in total life, maximum 100 mg dose. Not regular user. Feeling embarrassed to discuss, limited financial resources. Kindly evaluate and advise.
